As the title says, completed week 5 run 2 today, 3.96k in 31minutes!! Absolutely delighted with that, and to think that at the beginning of January, I struggled to run for more than a minute without stopping.
Not looking forward to Run 3, but I'm going to give it a go later this week.
Can't believe how far I have progressed, I actually managed to walk/run 5k on Sunday in 37:08. It wasn't part of the plan, but I decided just to go and two some intervals, two minutes running and two minutes walking.
Before I knew it, I had covered 4.6k so decided to run the last 400m.

No stopping you, is there? Well done, you''re making really good progress, but please don't overdo it. Stick largely to the programme, that's what it's designed for.
Overall, I have stuck to the program. I think this is my third attempt and have progressed further this time than before. Why? Probably because before I pushed myself too far too quickly. This time, I'm being more patient, and definitely reaping the rewards, both in terms of fitness and weight loss.

don't worry about run3 , really you can and will do it, start slow and stay slow and steady you will be amazed at what you can do
Run/walk is quite popular - have you seen the Jeff Galloway web page? jeffgalloway.com ? worth a look if you are interested in run/walk method
When you feel like you are indestructible after 6 to 8 minutes of running, you have to remind yourself that you havent done this before, you may feel like you can, but you can give yourself an injury. Stick with the plan, be contended you are completing the tasks
You'll be fine You might just need to give your brain a talking to if it decides against you in any way but you are well prepared for this. Just take it nice and slowly and steady and you will be posting on here to say how fantastic you feel
