Did run 2 this ending after long day at work and long commute. Found first 8 minute run the toughest but could have run longer than 8 minutes in 2nd run!? Very nervous about run 3 week 5 as understand I have to run for 20 minutes with no walking breaks!!?? Hope you're all well

Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 5 after having a hard day at work and a long commute, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 5 which is a milestone run with C25K, take that run slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself 😊 🏃🏾.

Well done R2 you can do it. You have already put in all the hard work. Just pace yourself and remember your inner snail 🐌. Good luck.

You can do it! I remember being extremely nervous for run 3 too, but it’s all in the mind trust me. Try not to focus on how much longer you have left to run, just go really slow and focus on your music or podcast ☺️

Well done getting to week 5. The 20 minute run feels daunting, but you feel amazing when you finish it. You are ready for it, so just take each minute and enjoy how fast it goes. Trust the program, it really works.
