Hello everyone could you tell me where I can go for a 10k training plan? I've signed up for a 10k at the beginning of September. Many thanks

There is a forum on here call Bridge to 10k and they can help you.
Best place is to have a look at MyAsics. You can set up your plan from there.
You'll need to set up a profile, but it's free and seems pretty flexible.
Only potential downside is that it shuts down in September; the functionality is being built inside Runkeeper and they're going to charge for it.
Grab it while you and while it's free

This is on the Bridge to 10K forum. I’m following it and highly recommend!
Make sure you are comfortable with 5K first. I ran 5K three times per week for months (slow/easy, interval and fast) before going to 10K by using the 10% rule where you increase the third run by 10% of your overall weekly distance. Say, your first week total is 15K, 10% of which is 1.5K, add that onto the third run and you get 6.5K. Rinse and repeat, don’t push ahead of your body resistance and you’ll get to 10K way before it took you to 5K.
Our very own in-house Wonder Woman Ju-Ju! 10 Is The Magic Number programme! 💪👍😃🏃♀️🏃♂️✅
Check out Ju’s weekly video 👍
Then there’s kick ass Sami Murphy programme five week’s worth of free fun. I still run to these a lot 😃
Thanks all! I completed a couch to 5k in May and have been running Parkrun plus 2 other 5k's in the week. Need a bit more structure for 10k. I'll try the 10k forum 😊
The bridge to 10k forum is great as is jujus plan. Come and join us 😁
