A few weeks ago, I posted that is like to achieve a 10k run.
I've had a slight health issue and had to stop running for a couple of weeks. I eased myself back in with some slower 5k runs. Then last weekend, I went out with the intention of doing a slow 5k but I felt so good after the first lap, I went around again, thus achieving my first 10k.

Congratulations on completing your first 10K, well done, like in graduating from C25K you can also get a graduation10 badge next to your username, for that, go to the July healthunlocked Graduate10 homepage and tell the administrators that you have ran a 10K.
Well done and congratulations. I did my first 10K in 1:15 too. Don’t push on to 10K too often initially just in case of an injury. I find 7K is a great distance. It allows you to build your endurance for 5K yet your also race ready should you wish to enter a 10K race. Work your way up to 10K.
