I did my first 9k today - am in training for the Bristol 10k at the end of May, so I'm pleased to be doing so well.

So very pleased for you Sue. Felt so sorry for you when you were told to stop running the other week. Shows how wrong A&E were. Hope your hips are ok now.

Thanks Ancient mum with the right pain management and a positive aproach it can be done. I wasn't going to let them take my running away from me.
