Week 6, Run 3 today and I couldn’t do it. After 15 mins my calves started to ach big time and I had to walk. Tried running a couple more times but legs didn’t want it, surprised because week 5 Run 3 run for 20 minutes ok.
Any advice out there?

Oh it could be something or nothing. Some runs are just pants 🤷♀️
Were you hungry, were you trying to go too fast? Were you well hydrated?
Next run could be brilliant. Let’s hope so just go really slowly 🙂👍🏃♂️
I think it was probably hungry and dehydrated, stupidly had a couple of glasses of wine night before. Thanks for the feedback. 👍😊
I think this one was just a practice and the next one will be when you nail it. Did you do it in the heat? If so can you try a cooler time of day?
