Go girl - at the end of it, you will be officially a runner!
Good luck, I've been motivating myself by thinking about what I can put on Facebook once I've done it - mind you I'm probably driving everyone nuts with my posts
Go for it - 20 Minutes is such a big milestone
I know as I could not even run for 30 seconds without thinking I was gonna have a heart attack 6 weeks ago x
Me too, I just did my fist 5 minutes yesterday, I thought of booking an ambulance to follow me. So you're doing amazingly well
Aww well done , every extra mi ute we do just seems like such a massive achievement . My next run is 20 min , 3 min walk and then a further 5 minutes ... :/
So that's stamina and commitment combined. Blimey well done you, I can't even think of doing 6 minutes just yet...
My pre run prep includes red wine and tomato vodka soup... maybe a diet change Is needed!?!?
Red wine and tomato vodka soup ?? Are you joking ? ? X
Actually no... red wine in a glass, but tomato vodka soup although only about 2 tablespoons worth!!!!
Omg , I have never heard of tomato vodka soup and if I had a glass of red wine I would be only fit for bed ... but saying that I don't really drink so that so why x
So the soup is cold and based on 5 pounds of tomatoes, basil and half a glass of vodka, strained and chilled... so it's not like drinking from the bottle. Which does sound dodgy I agree
Sounds completely gorgeous, Jancanrun, though maybe that should be your end-of-run treat instead?!!! I 'run/jog' as soon as I get up (6.30am) and munch about half a dozen almonds & drink a glass of water, otherwise I feel sick at about 18 mins. My treat to look forward to is Weetabix - maybe I'm running at the wrong time of day 🤔
Yes I have come to the conclusion that the treat the night before is not the way to go!
