Hi. Just need to tell someone that I’ve just finished week 6 run 3!!!! 🤗 It was really hard. I had to stop to blow my nose, does that count. Also think I found it hard because I usually listen to music but tried today with a podcast. Think I need the music beat to help me. Should I redo because I stopped or go to week 7 on Monday?

Go on to week 7, they are 3/25 minute runs. 🏃 Take them a little slower than you took run 3 of of week 6

I will. Thanks. Every run I do I always doubt I’ve done it properly!!

You are in control, and apart from the C25K surveillance drone's video of your run, you decide if you fully satisfied all the requirements of the workout. If you are happy, you move on. If you have doubt, repeat.

It is a training plan, not a tick box exercise.

Let me find that video.............

By the way, well done.

Thanks. I doubt every run I do and always think I should re do. Maybe a bit of confidence in myself that I’m actually doing ok!!

Well done Fiona ! 25 mins of running is such an achievement ! I always think music makes the run better and can also motivate you to keep going with the beat. You only stopped to blow your nose (so that doesn’t count) maybe go slower if you felt it really hard going but you can do Wk7R1 (I’m doing that tomorrow morning)

We can do this !! 🏃‍♀️
