Heading to the gym today I kept asking myself 'are you going to manage 25 mins running?' I wasn't feeling confident but I must say that I felt the best since starting this journey. I stretched my calves beforehand and it definitely helps me. My pace is not fast but consistent and my breathing is starting to get into a rythym now. The benefits? Well I am definitely fitter, less niggly old man pains, feel I can achieve this goal now without actually killing myself π. Thanks this excellent program and the encouragement from my new friends. Thank you. Gav
