I’m glad I chose to repeat week 2, I now feel more ready for the challenge of week 3. It was a good run today.
I decided not to think about it as I ran, just focus on my breathing, lose myself in my music and the lovely countryside and it worked only when it came to the last couple of runs did I start to feel it. I definitely feel as if I’m recovering quicker in between the runs as well.
My new running shoes have just arrived 🎉. I can’t believe how excited I am, I’m like a kid on Christmas morning 😂. I never, ever thought running would get me feeling like this, it’s so addictive.
Bring it on week 3, I’m nervous but ready!

Thank you, I hope you’ll be safe to run outside in the not too distant future. And good for you being motivated and still running whilst indoors, it must be hard😊👍
That's fantastic well done! I failed to complete run 3 of week 2 today. Had to stop on my final run due to knee pain. I'm gutted. Go and smash week 3 😁
Oh no, that’s such a shame. I just read your post, sounds like you would have done it though, but like you say you’ve got to listen to your body. I’m sure once your knee’s sorted you’ll be back on it and smash it.
