GOOD MORNING PLAYMATES!! Sorry about shouting. But, as many of you are aware, the feeling of euphoria on completion of this run is very satisfying. Six weeks ago, it was a struggle to run for one minute let alone twenty five. And last week I had to stop after eighteen minutes into the twenty minute run due to calf injury. I was not really convinced I’d do this today.
Anyone coming up the ranks, believe you can!! Because you definitely can!!!
Stay safe and well everybody.

I definitely feel this is a big moment in C25K. The bridge section is over with all the various steps up in time, and 25 minutes feels very close to 30. We're nearly there!
I normally run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Then have Saturday and Sunday off. But I’ve decided to try running every other day. That way I get 7 runs in 14 days instead of 6.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, I shouted that so that you would hear me, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER 🏃🏾🏃🏾✅🆗
