Yay!! I just ran for 25 minutes. It wasn't too bad. Better than all the stopping and starting earlier in the week. That's it, there's no going back now. 25 min runs at the least from now on.

However, I'm away Monday to Friday, just me And my son so not sure how I'll fit a run in before Friday evening but we will see. I'd love to run along the sea front.

Great work!

Take your running stuff with you and if you get the chance to fit in a run do it :) A change of scenery is always nice 👍

I'll try but just me and my 8 year old son. He's been a star cycling as I run. But can't fit his bike in. Hopefully he will run with me one morning.

Well done Louise. I found it hard going so double well done! Yes sometimes it's difficult fitting in runs around our lives but running along the sea front sounds lovely. Have a good time away, fit in a run or 2 if you can and come back refreshed and roaring to go. :)

From one Louise to another, well done! I've just been away Monday to Friday and despite good intentions and taking my running gear with me I didn't manage to fit any runs in but I picked it up as soon as I got back so don't worry. Run if you can but as Jo says enjoy the change of scene. I'm lucky enough to live by the sea so a seafront run is always good and no hills!

Yup no starting, no stopping, just nice clean running. It does feel god doesn't it...

Well done on your runs so far. It might be possible to rent a bike for your son - and yourself for an hour or day or two? Whatever happens running will be waiting for you when you get home. Enjoy your holiday 😀

That's possible. We are back Friday so may even get a run in on Friday night. I'm sure I'll quickly get back to it.
