Well that’s done managed it well , not sure about run 3 non stop for 20 mins . Completed today’s 3x5min walks And 2x8 min runs covered just over 4K in total never thought that would be possible when I started this programme .

I did the 20 minute run on Friday, you’ll be fine! Take it slowly and find something to distract yourself

Week 5 was my favourite of all. Don’t fret over wk5r3- just do what you have been doing & believe you can and you will! Good luck 👍😊🏎
