Can't believe I've done it and can run 5k (done it 5 times now) it takes me 40mins so over the coming weeks gonna continue to run three times a week and I my best to get it to 30 mins increasing my page a little. Also can't believe I actually look forward to exercise. My fitness has massively improve however despite still being overweight and dieting I'm not loosing as much as I thought I would in fact hardly lost anything. Oh well being fit has gotta be best for you.
Now for the next few weeks and keeping going
