I did it I actually did it can't believe I'm running for 30 minutes non stop it's unbelievable. It took me 17 weeks as I had to repeat wk7 and wk8 a few times as I did struggle but it paid off I'm a runner. Thanks to c25k and all the great support on here I couldn't have done it without everybody 😅😅😅🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
