Today was my w9r3 run, I have just completed my graduation run ππππ³οΈβππ₯π₯
I completed the last minute listening to "it's the end of the world as we know it" and I was thinking it really is, 9 weeks ago I couldn't believe I would ever be able to run for 30 minutes but I wanted to do something good for my health and I thought, well, anything is better than the couch, so let's try... I started reading this forum and all the advise and the positivity and support has made it possible, I can't believe how much my world has changed!! so a big thank you to all of you for being my VRBs, I'm going to celebrate now πππ

Congratulations! Enjoy that well deserved celebration. Itβs a strange moment for me, beating what you knew was impossible a couple of months ago. Who knows whatβs impossible now? Get some good consolidation in and then have a wonderful next running adventure

Just saw your graduate badge, so have found this post. Congratulations! Very, very well done. You have certainly achieved what you aimed for, and I hope you enjoy your new running career. I appreciate your support too, as you went through the final runs.
Thanks! I feel very happy right now, I couldn't believe I was going to be able to complete this challenge, it's been very helpful to read other people in similar situations and I would feel really proud if I can do my bit helping someone else
