Well, I can hardly believe it! I got up early this morning to have a run! Me... a run, before work? Wow! Not only that, but running for 30 minutes. I feel so proud! (And I only got overtaken by a snail and 2 ants!)
Now to build on the stamina and try to increase my running time ...very slowly.

Hey, look at you!!!! Well done Sheila....the lady who said she would never run. Isn't it amazing how a few weeks doing something can change your outlook on life and exercise. Don't worry about being slow, just enjoy it and a bit of consolidation right now is just perfect.
Well done. Your pace was just right, it got the job done. Your speed will naturally increase as you get into a routine of running. I am still relatively slow between 7 and 8 mins per km, did a parkrun in 34 mins but not sure I could do that again. If it is for fun and fitness, speed isn't really that vital
Fantastic - well done. And don't worry about those ants - they can be pretty nippy over the short-term but long-term you'll leave them gnashing their mandibles in frustration. Now you just need to put a plan in place to keep those 3 runs a week going. Great stuff.
Well done Skippy!!!! Soz for being late to the party but I was baking your celebratory cake and it was taking an age
