Run 4 done, I'm not setting the running world alight but I'm still out there plodding👍 having read about the toxic 10, I made sure my warm up walk was brisk rather than the stroll it's become, and set off making a real effort to go slow and breathe through my nose. It seemed to work, and I avoided that awful feeling I've been getting at the beginning of a run.
