First run since Sunday following grounding after a bout of flu. Had a second bash at Stepping Stones as my first attempt was pretty disastrous -- I did it but was absolutely knackered afterwards. Thanks to imput form the Community, I understood that I had previously misunderstood Laura's 1-2-3-4 as a speeding up of affairs, rather than slowing down. Did it right this time, still pretty knackering and reminiscent of those first runs i.e. when Laura says "you're half way through your run" and you feel as if you've run 30 minutes and that made me giggle! Thanks NHS, this feels like the perfect bridge from 5k to...who knows where For postgrads in need of a new challenge, go for it!
