Well finally made it πŸ’ popped my post grad cherry.

Was really hot and muggy, had a steady run to the bridge and back ... not as far as I've been before but it'll do for me, just pleased to finally get out there seems much longer than six days.

Downloaded it from the BBC iplayer, there are literally thousands.

Took me a while to work out how to play it with my fitbit running, had to swap players in the end, the Samsung one wouldn't let it play anything else.

Well done for getting out there again. πŸ‘ It’s not very pleasant running when it’s hot and muggy, so you’ve done well to get as far as you have. πŸ™‚

I’m finding it a bit of a struggle without an actual target like I had when Michael J was on my shoulder, so I’m inventing my own tasks as I run around. πŸ˜€

I'm not a fan if the heat anyway, so gawd knows why I try to run in it. Lots if horses tonight, which means lots of poop and flies to negotiate ... πŸ˜„

No horses around south London, but sadly still lots of poop! πŸ˜³πŸ™

Well done, especially after a gap of 6 days. My biggest gap since starting the programme has been 2 rest days, think I’d have forgotten what to do if it was much more than that :)
