Let's get one thing straight; my legs don’t go out in public. They're overly stocky and I have knees knobblier than an old oak tree. But today it’s really hot, so for week 6 run 2 I finally wore the shorts that I bought when I started this C25K caper. The run is a nice one with 2 stints of 10 minutes, but I laughed at the half-way mark when Michael suggested having a drink of water - why didn’t you tell me to bring some along Michael?
