Hi all, just finished the latest run. It took me 30:23 to run 4.4K but not too disappointed as it was quite warm out there πŸ˜€πŸ‘

It’s another 30 minutes under my belt too, which is what I need at the moment. Slow and steady wins the race, eventually anyway! πŸ™‚

Happy running everyone!πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Thanks, hope you got on ok on your run πŸ‘ It’s a bit different once you’ve graduated and I found I had to invent little goals for myself to stay motivated 😊

Good luck πŸ˜€πŸ‘

Yes it went really well actually considering i was really tired when i went out. All flowed and ran a couple of minutes extra at the end which I kind of sprinted! Shhh don't tell anyone...but I was enjoying it too much! My main goal now is to make 5k and keep enjoying running πŸ˜€πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Fabulous! I'm loving it again, after the strains and pains of W9! 😁

Well Done! How's the motivation going, still happily pulling your trainers on each run?

Hi, yes I’m still motivated to put the trainers on every time. πŸ˜€ I think about what I want from each run before I set out, and mix up my targets every time. πŸ˜‰

I tried it with Michael J and it’s a good place to start. At least he tells me when I’ve done 30 minutes. I use Strava to tell me distance and pace etc. Good luck with your run tomorrow πŸ˜€πŸ‘
