1st post grad run!

I ran in the local park which I haven’t done since week 5 - too many hills to run for long stretches! This week lapped it a couple of times and ran for 30 mins fairly easily! Managed not to set the Strava app so no idea what time or distance - best of all a dog walking lady made an admiring comment!!

It’s great when you get some encouragement while you’re running - I think that’s why parkrun works so well 😀🏃🏻‍♂️ Keep going Mandi!
