I'm ecstatic 😊😊so happy I'm bursting with pride and emotion ..I went this morning to Strathclyde parkrun ...it was raining but I'm so glad of the rain to keep me cool ...I did the run in 39.30 ...I can't quite believe that I have graduated ...I have such a warm happy content feeling if I could spread it I would ..Especially to the new comers just starting ..Hang on in there if I can you definetly can ...I would like to thank everyone who helped me get here today it's such an achievement for me ..I know I'm rambling now sorry ...Good luck to everyone on there journey ...Happy happy happy 😊😊😊😊

Well done Myrar. This is so inspiring. I’m starting week 6 tomorrow but at the end of all of this my initial goal is to do the Strathclyde parkrun. I only live 5 minutes away. Hopefully see you in a few weeks! x

Well done Kristy for starting the programme is the best thing isn't it .....It was a great experience and they are all so friendly at Strathclyde run ...Looking forward to your progress and maybe see you there in the future ...You could always just do one of your weekly runs at it see how you get on ..All the best 😊😊

Hi dbbd ...It was a nice flat run ..A few inclines but nothing really ...It was busy 240 ...But what an atmosphere ..Brilliant I wouldn't hesitate to do it again ....I was so tired tho ...But just kept going really slowly I think I was 234 out of 240 but that includes the marshalls ...Lol ...I just wanted to finish ... I go up to Strathclyde quite a lot with my dog ...You should definelty go and walk it first ..Then do a weekly run there it give you an idea ....Hope to see you there one Saturday .. 😊😊
