I did it!

Hi all I'm new on here but just wanted to say well done everyone. I finished my C25K yesterday and it felt amazing. I started last July and got to Week 6 when Covid finally got me! It really knocked me for 6 and then my hubby got it. It seemed to drain all my energy. So I started again in Feb and decided to go back to Week 3 and I've finally made it. Loved having Reece Parkinson with me all the way. There were some days where I struggled and wanted to walk but I pushed thru and so glad I did. Its a mental challenge as well as physical. I punched the air when I finished yesterday. So if I can do it so can you. Happy Easter everyone.

Many congratulations 🎊 That's an amazing achievement. Covid has certainly taken its toll on so many people. So glad you have been able to overcome it. Some good consolidation runs now with hopefully some lovely spring sunshine to help. ☀️

well done and congratulations!! I know from experience how disheartening it is when you are putting in the miles, putting in the effort and then illness strikes and puts a cog in the works. Bloody well done to you for sticking with it. You have earned your achievement and you should feel so proud of yourself.
