I have completed 1st run of week 7 and I am covering 3.5 k. At present I can’t run any faster and i don’t think I will will be able to run 5k within the time frame. My question is will I graduate in week 9 sticking to programme regardless of the distance or will I need to run longer to achieve 5k.

No, you graduate by completing 3 x 30 minute runs. The distance and pace don’t matter! Lots of us don’t reach 5k in 30 minutes so don’t worry xx

If you can run for 30 minutes in week 9 you've graduated. No questions asked. Only a teeny tiny percentage of c25k-ers manage 5k in 30 minutes. I was covering about the same as you in week 7 so it's absolutely fine :) no need to worry about how fast you're going

I never managed 5k and it really doesn’t matter, to graduate you just need to complete 3 x 30 mins, just keep going as you are you are doing great!

All you need is the 30 minute runs... many many never make 5K in 30...and many of them are Marathon runners:)

Run and enjoy... :)
