Hey fellow runners (yes we are runners!!) I've just done week 7 run 2 and covered just shy of 5k. My question is do I slow pace for week 8 or keep it up and go over the 5k. What do you reckon?

Go at your own pace. If you find your current pace sustainable over 30 minutes, then stick at it.

You know your body and if you feel ok then let it take you at the pace it’s comfortable with

It is only a three minute step up, so not huge, but you might want to be cautious on day one, then be a bit more adventurous on the repeats.

Pacing is an art (actually it is probably more of a science, but requires experience rather than knowledge).
