50 plus and not exercised since I was 14! Inspired by my sister who has graduated this programme I am giving it a go. Week 2 completed . No idea how I can run more than 90 seconds next time though - I am soooooo unfit but will be giving it a go after my rest day.

Well done! I also finished week two today and am a bit nervous about running for 3 mins non stop next time. But we will manage it!

I felt exactly the same after W2. I built up such a mind block, but I got out there and I was completely blown away after the first run, as it was nothing like what I had been imagining! It gave me an extra boost. It wasn’t that long ago either (but I can giggle a bit at what I thought it was going to be like now). I’m completing W4 tomorrow and loving every minute of it!! Good luck to you both!! You can do it! ❤️

Well done for starting I’m hoping my sister is going to start soon 😀 I don’t know how it happens that you can run for longer each week it just does! I have tried for years to be able to run and never could and then discovered this programme and just plodded on to graduation 😃you can do it!
