This week I have started the program NHS as I come back to work as well after giving birth in April of my twin girls. Not easy but we are now Friday and I am quite proud that I did it and didnt have to kick my .. to go.

Today I registered to 5k run in Eindhoven, it is held 14th of October 10h15. My racer number is A3450. I am looking forward to do it.

Wow.....have you ever run before? I'm new to running and have just completed W2R3 today. I'm really plead with my progress but am not confident enough to register to do an organised 5k run!

You'll be more than ready by October Nickinocki - go for it ! My first race was a 10k and I came 234th out of 247 - but I enjoyed all of it and was really proud. You'll get loads of support and encouragement from the other runners and from anyone watching the race. It's not something I thought I would ever want to do but it was a wonderful experience.

I hadn't run that far before so I had to walk some bits but I enjoyed all of it and finished with a faster run. I've signed up for another 10k this month and a half-marathon in October. I've been a bit under the weather so will more than likely have to walk in bits but I'm looking forward to it !

super keep up! I have run before but not for an organized race. I thought if I do so I have the obligation to achieve it, it's a nice goal to have ;) Like SFB350 say you will be more than ready in October if you follow your schedule. Be confident you can do it !!

Og-yogg, you're quite right to be proud - managing to care for your twins AND work AND run is quite an achievement so soon after having your babies. Keep us posted with your progress and enjoy your race in October :-)

Thanks sfb350! I want to keep up and after one week I must say I have good energy. I am carefull with which type of food I eat but still do not starve myself and allow for example cola with moderation.
