I could have easily turned over this morning, I had a few aches and pains but I forced myself up thinking I am just letting myself down after doing a full 20 mins run last week, I got ready and I smashed it upped my pace and was very proud of me when I finished, bring on Wednesday I got this πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ

Yay! Amazing - well done! I did the same run this morning and really enjoyed it - I, too, upped my pace and it all seems to be slotting into place suddenly! So chuffed! Bring it on - I guess we'll potentially be graduating a similar time too! :)

Well done. This run catches a few out after the long run, with people expecting it to feel easy. Sounds like you had no such concerns.
