Well done. You are doing really well. I find having a bath with Epsom salts really helps if my muscles feel tight even after post run stretches.

I buy them from Home bargains or Tesco. They are Β£2.49 a bag. Holland & Barrett sell them too but more expensive. These are ones I use..

Stamina wise what are you eating about 30-60 min before you run and do you remember to stretch to warm up and cool down?

As i run straight after work; i eat zero b4 a run . Lunch usually some 3 1/2 hours earlier..

Stretches after a run .. yes

For stamina, for me, is a slow (Japanese slow jogging technique). I graduated a couple of months ago and run this way - now adding duration to my runs to get to the magic 5k! Ran 40 mins this week. So that’s how I do it. But I’m early 50s so that’s why it really works for me! x

Try a foam roller on offer at Aldi for Β£4.99 comes with exercises give the legs a roll afterwards. Eat a few bananas and drink plenty of water seems to have helped me up to Week 9.
