Well never thought that lil ol' unfit me would ever still be posting these updates, but thats another run down! Hubby was feeling better by Monday so i repeated W5R3 with him as he still cant pace himself properly. Got to admit i found tonights run harder, not sure if that was because of the walk breaks or the fact i tried a Leslie Sandsome fat buster 3 mile walk last night. Thought i was getting a bit fitter - but that video (thanks Youtube) was a killer!! Ive discovered even more muscles in my legs that i never knew i had. Still keep on plodding x
W6 R1: Well never thought that lil ol' unfit me... - Couch to 5K
W6 R1
Well done on getting through WK6 R1, it seems to be a more challenging one for a lot of runners on here. ...
Slow is good, just keep on doing your thing. 😅 I found this run hard too after the elation of 5/3! Good for you💫
Well done Polly - we did that together today and I found it hard too after the highs of W5 R3 which I felt I smashed!! I'm going again Friday Good luck and congrats on finishing today
Thank you & well done right back atcha. Not sure if I'll get out Friday or Saturday, tends to depend on if hubby wants to go together (he needs me to pace him, but I've got to admit I find it easier running alone as i can concentrate on my own pace rather than trying to slow him down). Onwards we go to run 2 ☺
W5 r3 twice... there's dedication! Well done on today's run (especially after Leslie Sandsome)😰You're well on the way now, the next few weeks will whizz by. Good luck with the next one
Well done. W6R1 is a bit weird, you think after doing the 20 mins continuous running at the end of week 5 it should be easy but lots of people find it difficult. You are on the right path to graduation.
