But boy was it hard ! And such a struggle in the heat! I was shattered but I ran for 3.5k then walked til I’d done 4.45 k so it was more than usual! Off to Italy tomorrow- I will take my running gear but it’s 30 degrees so I’m not quite sure what will happen! 😆👍🏃♀️ Catch up with you all in a week! Keep running! 😄
