Did my first run today, it was torture, everything hurts... But it was better than I expected. I did it!

Hi DrBunny! Well done for doing that first run, it really is the hardest one of the programme. Each one will challenge you but you will be able to do it! Definitely check out the slow running technique - total game changer... Keep hydrated and go slow. Believe in yourself, there's a runner in there!
