First run in the bag

Be still my aching limbs. All the old football injuries came back; the torn right calf muscle, the throbbing ankle, the back of an 85 year old...

Anyway, I did it. It was fairly easy, but I fear next week will kill me.

Just take it steady, you’ll be fine, I didn’t think I would ever run again, this program makes it much easier

Yeah, it's a great idea. I'm going to try and get my sedimentary mates up and running too.

See how you feel after the 2nd, it may not be as bad as you expect! :-D

Thank you. We'll see. Hopefully my old, wrecked calf will hold up.

Awesome! A great new adventure. The running will rejuvenate you, and you might shed a pound or two if lucky. Enjoy the journey!

Thank you! Really glad to be actually doing something again after years of inactivity. I'm looking to drop 8 kilos, so this will be a great step in the right direction.
