Well.......I took this rather indulgent selfie just after my cool down walk (sorry about that), it was so lovely and peaceful out there....I'm a bit amazed at myself really, 3 lots of 5 minute runs....after work???? What was I thinking? Well, I had to give myself a proper talking to during the last one, getting rather puffed out....but, job done! Phew......😁
