Finally, after taking a 2 week break from running due to a change in work schedule, I managed to complete W9R3 yesterday and I can't believe I've graduated π©πΌβπ My thighs are tight today and stairs have been a struggle but I'm over the moon, especially as this was the first run I actually enjoyed and managed to stick to a steady pace rather than going out too fast. Looking forward to downloading some running tunes and striving to actually cover 5k π As you can see, a majorly unflattering photo and the dog is as shattered as me π
I did it!!!!!: Finally, after taking a 2 week... - Couch to 5K
I did it!!!!!
Well done
Wow, we'll done! Looks like you enjoyed it! Keep on running! ππ³π³π³
Well done, and keep running!!
Well done! You certainly don't look like you've just run for half an hour!
You look fab-u-lous darling! And your dog is to die for!
Massive CONGRATULATIONS to you. I'd normally have balloons and stars and graduate caps strewn around as we party but I'm on my prehistoric laptop and it doesn't understand emojis!
Enjoy that graduation feeling - it's super awesome. And the best is yet to come!
Well done - and I'd be very happy to have as unflattering a photo of myself as that!!!!!!! Did you say your dog has lost nearly 3kg? I think I need to come and run with you - 3kg?!!! Wow!
Haha, thank you. I've seen your post Park Run photo and you look amazing! Yes, I'm ashamed to say her weight had crept up to 32.8 kg. We knew she was a bit chunky but didn't' realise she weighed so much! Weighed in at 29.9 kg tonight which is great, her target is around 28.5 ish.
You'd be welcome to run with me anytime alas I'm a little bit too far away. If you're ever in Shropshire though, gimme a shout! Can't guarantee any weight loss though π¬
LOL! You haven't seen the photos of me mid-Parkrun! I went on their page on Sunday and nearly fell off my chair - there was me looking fat and massive!
I doubt it would ever happen but I would LOVE to do a tour of the country's parkruns - to try and raise money for charity or something. Of course, this would be easy to fit around my 50 hour working week, my regular training and my not particularly good NHS salary would not help things!
Massive congratulations you look great
Mega congratulations, and welcome to the grads lounge! I don't think that's an unflattering pic at all, I love your kit!
