just completed today. love the programme really motivated by it. I wasn't exactly on the couch when I started this programme as I have two labs which I walk regularly. However I certainly wasn't a runner! Next run is the test for me.

Slow, steady and one step after the other... you are going to be just fine. Well done!

Well done! I’m at the same point in the plan as you - although it’s taken me about 8-9 weeks to get here, and my next run will be week 3 or 4 if DD2 comes out with me again...

Enjoy r3 - and let us know how it goes :)

I only took one dog in week one and it was a nightmare! She wanted to sniff and wouldn't run when supposed to. So I'm walking the dogs and doing the plan! Exhausting!

I share your pain! I’d love to run with either of our dogs, but when I tried taking tiny terrier a while back, he seemed unhappy once I got to this point and was running for more than 5 mins at a time. Fluffy Pup would probably cope better, but is such a diva! There’s terrific faff when she needs to go to the toilet until that finally happens, and if she doesn’t want to run she just plants her feet firmly and sits down. Great resistance training perhaps, but stressful and not at all fun. :/

I’m sure you’ll cope fine with the third run. It’s what the program had been building up to. Just take it sloooowly.

This programme works so your body is ready for W5R3. Just make sure you tell your mind that. 😉

You can do it. 👍🏽
