Did my two eight minute runs. No real problems but my legs and feet felt very sore afterwards. I've done loads of stretching and icing so here's hoping I recover enough to attempt the dreaded 20 minute run on Saturday. But, the main thing is that I have passed the mid-point in the programme!!

Well done Kay!

With regards to the 20 minute run, please have a plan. Use either music or something to take your mind off the length of the run.

You can do it. Your body is ready. It is more of a mind game.

Good luck!

My daughter (Rachel Lewes) says my music needs upgrading and she is getting some tracks together for me, but I won't have them for this Saturday ... Thanks for the advice though.

Good luck Kay.

If need be, slow down. But please keep going through the pain.

You will really love the result!
