Did my two eight minute runs. No real problems but my legs and feet felt very sore afterwards. I've done loads of stretching and icing so here's hoping I recover enough to attempt the dreaded 20 minute run on Saturday. But, the main thing is that I have passed the mid-point in the programme!!

With regards to the 20 minute run, please have a plan. Use either music or something to take your mind off the length of the run.
You can do it. Your body is ready. It is more of a mind game.
