managed to get out and do my first run since graduating last Wednesday.
It was a great run and did 30mins. I just listened to music and it went so fast.
I thought I would get out before the rain but ended up soaked anyway due to flooded path 🙈 carried on right through. Thought I was going to need boat at one point was nearly at my knees 🤣

Consolidating your runs is really important & it sounds like you’re doing just that…
The rain has been horrendous lately..although, I do like running in the rain just not when I weigh twice my body weight when I get home!!
Well done to you Kksstt on running through that flooded path as part of your 30 minute consolidation run, there was a parkrun where I go was just like that a few weeks ago, however, I didn't go to it because of heavy rain, brave you.
