...stuck to @IannodaTruffe advice, and didn’t increase my run time. Covered 4.5K. Would’ve liked to do more but yesterday wasn’t the day.
Another go tomorrow!

Well done! You've run: remember that's what counts. I had a tough first postgrad run too last... Sunday and I haven't been able to run since because of work and terrible cold /sorethroat which pumped my energy. Wish you a better run tomorrow avoiding the nasty virus
This sounds great! I consolidated by running 30 minutes 3 times a week for two weeks before trying to hit the elusive (to me at the time), 5k. In my third week after graduating, I just happened to be having one of those nice runs and felt I could go on, so ran an extra 4 mins which took me to 5k. It wasn't the plan when I headed out, but I just randomly felt up to it.
You just have to listen to your body - which you did. 😀
Good work, Petrina. 👏👏👏
Sadie-runs 😘
A run is a run is a run, as our favourite Irish philosopher says....
Well done Petrina 😊...that's all thats required. You went out for a run. You rested and you want to run tomorrow.
Perfect😎xxx
