Put the run off so much this morning but I finally did it and it wasn’t horrendous☺️ Although I don’t know how I’m going to get from running 60secs to 90secs next week despite it being such a small change! We shall see
W1R2 So much lack of motivation but I did it!!! - Couch to 5K

You can absolutely do it, have faith in yourself and the programme - I never thought I’d be able to do it and I’ve just started week 7! 😁
Well done. W1R2 for me tomorrow. We got this!
You'll smash it 😉 honestly trust the programme and trust yourself ✅
You can do it!! I felt exactly the same, midway through week 4 now and genuinely I’m loving it!!
I did W1R2 yesterday. Was pleasantly surprised after the shock of the first run. Have never ever run before in my life. Run 3 tomorrow, and the end off the first week. Don’t give up, you’ll be fine.
We CAN do it, we WILL do it 🏃♂️👍😅
I have never run either and have always avoided it because of my asthma but am determined it won’t defeat me! I certainly felt a bit of improvement from the first one so I’m excited what w1r3 on Thursday is like. Well done! Keep it up!!
I did my first run on the streets/lanes. It wasn’t a comfortable experience at all. When I turned towards home I was met by one of the many hills we have. I couldn’t physically break into the jog, and ended up brisk walking the last bit. I thought I had failed. That’s until I read on here that ‘walking isn’t failing’.
I decided I would do my second run on the treadmill at the gym. WOW what a difference. I completed the run as it should be done. The treadmill kept my pace nice and steady and felt better for my knees. I set the incline to 1 degree (as advised on here) and it was all good. Downside of the gym is that you can see just how bad you look (in my case) in the mirror 😂
