Good morning from Athens, Greece! I joined this community back in 2013 and my last post was 6 years ago at W6R2 talking about a “failed” run. Since then I started and stopped many times, because I found various excuses trying to find the perfect conditions for running. But the lockdown was a catalyst. I started running in my neighborhood with its uphill and downhill streets (unfortunately we don’t have in Athens the famous English parks!). So, today I can proudly announce that I completed the program and did W9R3 this morning! I now make it a priority on my run days.
