I planned to run today, but I feel so tired. I'm watching TV show with my partner who is going tomorrow for a business trip. It is so tempting to postpone the run for tomorrow.
Is it lack of motivation? Am I really so tired?
Now, it's time for dinner, so I will be too full to run...

Go tomorrow - if you get your 3 runs in for the week, it'll be fine. I tried having rigid days for my runs, but circumstances change and life happens. Don't beat yourself up for having an extra rest day!
I think you did okay... you stayed with your partner... who is away tomorrow.. you snuggled up and had a meal together... you will rest easy... and tomorrow.. you will go out and the run will ease the stress of being apart and you will enjoy it all the more...
Tomorrow.. out there, slow and steady and ready for the day :)x
How about getting your partner to run with you? Getting a bit sweaty together isn't always in b**! Hope you had a great evening, sounds wonderful to me. BUT BUT put your running gear on when you get up in the morning and get that run in before there's any chance you might change your mind. Motivation? Tired? Out there and run, you'll just feel elated, full of energy, onm a high ..... and ready for your partner to come back home.
Such a good question IgaT! Made me think of all the ways I can run, e.g. Sad, angry, anxious, self-critical, smug, happy - but 'tired' is a no-no. I am not sure what de-motivates me - will keep watch. Well done for being aware of what drives you - to run or not to run!
I usef to do it similarly. After work I have to walk my dog and then I can run ( with or without her), but yesterday I was too hungry. Then, it all went wrong.
