Hello all,
Not been able to post anything recently, mainly due to Ramadan and the lack of time. I've kept my word and am still running whilst fasting.ππ
Only running twice a week, but something is better than nothing as they say, just in case and sticking to 5K only. Will probably start the longer distances after the month is over.
So yesterday's run was an absolute minter!! Now I have to to be honest and say that I did stop and walk a couple of times, but overall what a beaut.
My stride, posture, breathing all seemed to just gel together perfectly and gave me a truly excellent run time. Now I don't know if this is because my fitness is peaking again or after 2 weeks of fasting I'm that much lighter ππππ
So chuffed that I just have to show you guys the time..
