As many of you know I started running while doing slimming world. Since I’ve started both I have lost 3.5st. Week 1-5 I was running outside as I didn’t think I was ready to start the gym. I started the gym and have completed c25k. Anyone who thinks they can’t do it just look at me. I was so unfit after my first ever run on week1 I wanted to just give up as I felt so knackered. With strong will power I made it to week 9. I was so excited to complete the program. I’ve just signed up to ju-ju 10k plan which has given me the determination to complete this. I think my long term goal is to run a marathon but I just need to take one step at a time and see where this running ends up. I hope this post helps anyone that thinks they can’t do and they take some of my will power to get off the couch and start running believe me it will change your lives for the BETTER.
