I wouldn’t say it’s hard...... it’s a challenge . That being said I struggled with week 1 and now it doesn’t even phase me until around nearly 3 minutes in so it’s a lot of progress 👍👍👍

Don’t forget that your legs were burning after 90 seconds only a couple of weeks ago. Now running 5 minutes!! Good job mate well done!

Heard nothing for a while. Hope you’re still making progress. Just managed run 3 of week 7 today and can’t believe it. 25 minutes and 4 km!!!
