Hi I'm doing this to help loose weight and get fit - in my mid thirties now and normal activitie levels are keeping my weight the same when they used to keep me trim! After being 7-8 stone up until my thirties without any exercise - I've found putting on weight is so easy I'm now just over the Bmi recommendations. Time for something to change!

Good luck! I've just finished Week 3 and so glad I started this. It's a great plan to ease you into running and if you stick to it you will start seeing the benefits very quickly. All the best and we'll done for getting started 👍
