You'll be in good company 😀. The best way to complete this programme is by being slower than a slow thing that is slow - speed (a relative term for many of us) comes much later.
Good luck and keep coming here for advice, support and, when/ifnecessary, motivation

Hi lesres, you're not alone, I'm 64 too and graduated less than a year ago despite the aches and pains commensurate with advancing years.
AnnieW55 is absolutely right, take it slowly, it doesn't matter even if you're only running at walking pace, your heart and lungs will benefit from it.
You'll get the best support and encouragement from the friendly bunch on here.
Keep posting and let us know how you get on

Okay I am older than you... so, slow and steady is the way!
Which week are you on by the way?
Keep posting and you will get so much support!

Yep, just slow and steady. Don't forget to post and let us know how you're getting on.

You might also want to ask your GP to refer you to a podiatrist to get proper insoles. You will probably have to wait for a while, but especially if you have arthritis in your feet they will likely appreciate the extra support.
Thanks for the comment
