Just done week5/2. Nearly died for the first session. Didn’t realise it was 8 minutes - had it in my head it would be 5 mins. But did it. The hardest part was finding myself running into a big group of students on their way to some sort of social. Felt a bit self conscious but so what.

Well done jubyduby!! I hate bumping into people too. I used to pretend to mess about with my earphones just so that I didn't have to make eye contact with anyone lol but now I'm not bothered.

Well done jubyduby, that reminds me when I think it was the final 8 minute run of week 5 day 2 of running into a vast amount of people who were going to a football match, it was the last 2 minutes, I had to dodge them all as they were walking in the opposite direction, I was determined not to stop, it was only for about 50 seconds before I got a clear part to complete the run, it was 'excuse me' about 20 or so times, quite funny.
It is horrid when you think you will be doing less than the App thinks. Still you did it and the next run is really easy to understand
